In response to to "owner" reply: Yep, called her a dirty word. 😅 Notice that the response has nothing to do with him stealing. They're not being honest about the real issue here (I've tried to return 1 thing in 4+ years and tens of thousands of dollars, I bought it 3 days before I brought it back 95% full), just deflecting the real issue so I'm the problem. They can deal with the Department of Finance.

I've had some terrible experiences with one individual and will no longer support or recommend Delta. I don't know his name but he has long, stringy brown hair. He's pretty easy to spot.

He is a sly thief. On two separate occasions he over-quoted my total to pocket the change. Once for $5 that I didn't notice until I got in the car and decided to let it go. The other time he misquoted me by $2 but I added more to my order and he wasn't able to get it over on me that time. I can't imagine how many people he takes advantage of but I guess he has the benefit of all cash transactions.

I tried to tell the red-haired manager on duty about my experiences with him and that he was rude to me, glaring at me, talking about me out loud, telling his wife I was rude while staring at me. The girl said "did it ever occur to you that maybe some people are just like that".

I asked her for managers info so I could report him to someone else since she dismissed me completely and she said she didn't have a boss. I asked her who she reports to and she said the owners. I asked if I could have their info and she told me no. I asked for their names and she said I could Google it. So since I don't know how to get in touch with them directly maybe this review will make it through.

This employee has no character and cash is very hard to track but buyer beware!

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Delta is and will ALWAYS be my place. The staff and I mean the ENTIRE staff, from check in to the exit,they are PHENOMENAL! ALL the bud tenders make the experience personal but professional. I feel special on EVERY trip. The prices are reasonable, the product on point,and if there's something my bud tenders think I would like; they give me well informed details to educate me. I can go on and on about the services. I LOVE DELTA and there's nothing they can do about it. ❤️❤️❤️
