Very knowledgeable of vaping products very nice and welcoming cool vibe and great prices

This is the go-to shop for your needs!! Sam (it’s been two weeks or so since I stopped in, I believe that was his name) helped me out big time and was very knowledgeable about some of the products I was in search of. When I was curious about other products but didn’t have intentions of buying them he even told me about other products just because I wanted more information on them. He was honest and kept it professional. We shared good conversation, so the report we built will keep me coming back here!

Worst place ever. They carry old non functuoning vapes. And the owner would not replace or refund. Do not buy from them. I bought the elfbar from them and it maybe fake as it has no flavour. I tried to convince them but they would not replace it. I do not know how you threaten a customer by uploading a converstation! Is that even legal? At the end what matters in bussiness is the customer taste and opinion, which you should respect and trust. I said manytimes the taste was not the same and even later I could feel a taste.

I didn't have the best experience with the lady that worked/manage the store. I was sold an USED and BROOKEN hookah, I called the store to exchange it and I was told no "because we are closing earlier because I am attending a concert" (How? When its Covid?) That statement was unprofessional and I didn't care for the customer service when greeted into the store...I continue with shopping just because I needed a hookah. As the store owner (if she, because she is closing early) you should always consider the customer even after I stated that I am not from here & that is why I would need to make the exchange TODAY. She continue to proceed with "tomorrow we are open from 10a-8pm" (On a Sunday open at 10am??hmm, i doubt that)

First off came here and the door was locked; ok cool but when the black guy working here on 12/13/23 @5:00pm didn’t say anything when he let me in. Kinda of a rude energy but I thought maybe it was just a one of thing. As I began to look around since this was my first experience in this shop; the guy showed zero service as a matter of fact it seemed as he didn’t even want me in the shop; but what can I say this is Memphis! After checking out he never told me my total as I guess he wanted me to see the total myself. Once I tapped my card I grabbed my bag and left with no words at all from him; no thank you no have a good night no nothing almost as if I should thank him for unlocking the door and him ringing me up. Really weird how employees act as if they are doing the customers a service! It’s not 2020 and there’s no more Covid do you might want to stop acting as if you’re doing everyone a favor by going to work and earning a honest living. Can’t wait until AI gets here to replace these service workers! I’ll never go back again especially with so many other smoke shops around. Trust me don’t go here. Even if this review helps one person it’s done what it’s supposed to do. If the owner of this shop wants to reply I’d love to hear from you.
