Some of the worse service and racist staff I've ever had to deal with. None of the staff looks happy to be there, and it shows. I will not buy from there ever after being treated this way. Other buyers in Arlington, please find another store to buy vapes from.

We went in tonight and the girl working behind the counter seemed like she was annoyed by us even walking through the door. We wanted to get a vape but had some questions… she gave us bare minimum info and finally we said “ we will just got home and do some more research” and she said “that would be your best bet is to do some more research on your own” 🤯 I guess sales people are no longer there to answer questions but instead just to complete a purchase. Sorry for bothering you.

I have gotten defective vapes from this store so many times. Escobars in particular seem to be problematic. I usually open them outside the store and come back in minutes later if there’s an issue. I’ve never had a problem before tonight. I got to my car, opened my vape, hit it, and nothing happened except for the light coming on. I promptly went back to the store to ask for an exchange, but tonight the worker told me he couldn’t do anything bc I left the store- even though it’s never been an issue before, and I was gone for mere minutes. I shouldn’t have to waste my money on broken products. Moral of the story, always test your products before leaving the store or you can kiss your money goodbye
