This is the store I come to each week for my groceries. Excellent selection of fresh organic produce, well stocked shelves of staples and always the best cashiers. They also offer recycle bins in the front. Also excellent selection of supplements and herbals.

I hate writing a negative review for moms because I usually love shopping there. They have a great selection, all organic fruits and vegetables, they carry a lot of my specialty items. Lately a lot of there items are expired or close to their best buy date. The service has been terrible! Staff ignoring customers and just talking amongst themselves and with other coworkers. When they bag your groceries there’s no thought or care! Every single time some of my produce is ruined!!!

If I wrote a review on any other experience at the Moms in Bowie prior to today it would be 5 stars. However, my interaction today with Destiny, the store manager was reflects less than 1 star. On Sunday August 18th around 2:30 pm Destiny, the manager at the moms on 6824 Race Track Rd demonstrated a lack of professionalism and training by threatening to have me banned from the store because I articulated the fact that the cashier did not clearly explain the transaction of a refund granted when returning a bottle for lemonade sold at your store. The cashier was curt and became visually frustrated because I did not understand her explanation. Destiny characterized my unhappiness for being rude. Also, Destiny did not attempt to resolve the misunderstanding and immediately articulated to me in front of everyone in the store that she would ban from shopping at Moms. I felt attacked and embarressed after being spoken to like this in front of other customers. This treatmaent is not consistent with Moms customer service received in past. I have bought groceries from moms for over 10 years and this is the first time I have ever have felt disrespected and mistreated from a Mom's employee much less a manager. I believe that Destiny needs to be retrained so that she understands the basic principles of customer service and the Mission of the Mom's franchise.

I got my alkaline water with no problems. I called ahead to make sure the water machine was mold-free. I had to leave my normal location in College pk. because of mold in caulk issue. He assured me it was fine. It was my first time there. It's a little out of the way but I'll go back if I have to.

OmG!!!!. I visited MOMs first the first time in a long time. One of the team members APRIL, is a God sent!!!!! For women that are going through that...time....of.....life... (sweats, brainfog.........) she pointed me to the right product. This was the first time in months I was able to sleep the entire night. yaaaaaaaaaaeeeaaaah!!!! Thank you April for being knowledgeable, professional, understanding and easy to talk to during a very difficult time of my "woman maturing" process.
