In a matter of fact the old man of whom 'helped' him accused him of knocking down a old neighborhood tree 15 years ago lol 😆 how upstaird. I was in disbelief. He made him feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not only that he charged him more than what I was charged and I always get the same order. Hello 🤷‍♀️. The old man had no customer service skills whatsoever. He was Insistent on the accident that occurred and wouldn't admit he made a mistake Of mistaken identity.
