Today was my first time visiting this establishment, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The person at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming, especially for a first-time customer. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others. I ended up going to Oasis down the street instead their staff was friendly, and they had great deals! I got 10 infused pre-rolls (90% THC) for just $20. Much better experience overall.

This is one of the best dispensaries in New Mexico. HDR has chill local vibes, with no gimmicks or corporate BS, and they offer a great selection of classic strains. Their weekend pricing is unbeatable. I love the new organic options.

This place is just about perfect 👌🏼, until last night. I come here about 2-3x a week. Not including my husband’s weekly visits. I understand business post their open hours for reasons. However, last night when I pulled in after work ( rushing as soon as fast as I could) to make it in before 7p. I pulled into the parking lot with 1 minute to spare and when I walked to the door, the employee shut it and locked it. I work in the service industry, and this was a really disappointing experience. The employee could’ve kindly said “I am sorry we are closed” while he was locking the door and I would’ve said thank you and been about my night. Unfortunately this was not the case. Better training on customer service could go a long way.

I don't know how this place is standing at a 4.4 review. I would not recommend this place their staff and their products suck. The flower is not good and the staff treats you horribly. They made me feel like I was bothering them when asking for assistance or information on specific products. Bad customer service and poor quality products. The only fire they have in this dispensary is their merch. What they're in business for which is cannabis is more than disappointing.

I've been coming to HDR pretty much since the day that they opened in 2011. I've NEVER had a problem with any of their products. They're always as good as the reviews but most of the time they're actually even better. Excellent Job!

This is the worst medical dispensary in the state. Every time I go here there’s an issue. Their prices are always bearing from the Internet to the in-store purchase. They can’t never get nothing right every time I’ve been there. They forgot items out of my order and I’d be charged for them. Definitely nowhere I will ever spend my money again and I would not recommend anyone doing the same plenty of places to get better prices and true honest Product without having to deal with the headache of constantly going back to get your order, correct

Rep just hung up on me because they are too busy to take calls. In an area where the cannabis shops out number the liquor stores. Why would someone choose one over another? Because of quality customer service or quality products. If they are lacking one or the other, there are too many options to waste your time with a business that can't get it together. Learn some customer service skills!
