I moved from Georgia to Albuquerque at the end of 2020 and I had to learn what are the best stores here for quality products and best customer service. This has not been an easy task. I originally went to The Vitamin Shoppe near Coronado Mall, but was not impressed with their selection of products or their customer service. I just felt they are only interested in selling their products hoping you do not have any questions. I discovered there was a second location on the West side of Albuquerque. After meeting John, the manager, I decided to start buying all my vitamin needs from this store and no longer purchase anything from the Coronado Mall store. The difference between the East side and the West side locations is like night and day. I highly recommend if you need answers about their products your best bet is to ask John at the Coors Rd store and he will give you all the information you need to make a perfect decision for your needs.

Been a customer for sometime now but will definitely been looking for other options to get my vitamins etc. I was told one thing about their return policy when purchasing my items and when I went in with my returns, the policy was completely different. I was given in store credit even though I had all of my receipts. The topper was the credit is shown on a receipt and not even a lousy gift card. Receipts get lost, faded etc. The business makes more than enough money to supply their loyal customer with at least a card to use when they return.. Calling corporate first thing Monday morning..
