I have been shopping here recently, and was enjoying it, but had an unfortunate experience that will keep me from returning. The flower and concentrates I had tried from here were all good, but last Saturday I picked up an Elevated 1g Blackberry Kush cart on sale, and it was absolutely terrible. Non-cannabis terpenes, poor flavor, didn't get me high at all despite being listed 93%. At least it wasn't harsh, and the cart did work. Now, I know L+F doesn't produce these, but they do sell them. And when I went in, in person, to politely let them know they'd let me down, the only offered fix was a discount on another cart, specifically. What? No, the carts are the problem. Manager would not make it right, so here we are. This is how I learned that in NM it is still legal to produce cartridges with non-cannabis terpenes (this is not the case in CO or, to my knowledge, any other mature market - buyer beware, eh?). Whether or not it is legal to do so, dispensaries should refuse to carry this kind of garbage, or make it right when somebody complains. Amateur hour at Leaf and Flower. I'll go back to growing my own.

I went there this afternoon to just purchase a gram of concentrate , what a horrible mistake. Took over 20 mins for the bud tender to realize the system was offline. I basically waited over 20 minutes & left based on the fact they would not complete my order. Experience was unprofessional & did not complete my order. Stay away unless you want your time wasted.
