Budtender Mo is so helpful kind and patient. The way she hustled around multitasking while staying calm, focused and nice was amazing. The wonderful management here and good product is why this location is my top choice. Thank you for taking care of me over the years!

Came in at 15 till 8, I received the wrong product and tried to exchange it, it was 5 till 8 and the doors were locked. I called because the staff was still inside and they would not answer the phone. So I knocked on the door and you can see the staff peeking out but would not go to door, after numerous calls they finely answered, I explained what happened, and I was told I would have to come back tomorrow, now note it is only 3 after 8 and the signage said closes at 8. I did return in the morning and Dwayne took care of me better than I hought. I know the beginning sounded horrible, but the day staff handed it. Thank you Dwayne.

I had the best experience at this location with the customer service and its all thanks to Moe She was an amazing person and such a kind hearted individual. She was such an informative and helpful person, as well as very endearing. She listened to my thoughts and helped me heal the problems I was dealing with through the product recommendations, not only for myself but for my partner as well. I LOVE this store, quality products and an even better experience. THANK YOU, OLD TOWN PURLIFE.
