Tried OPV as I was a little frustrated with Freedom Smoke. Very happy that I did! Tanner was awesome getting me set up on a new device and liquid. Very helpful and personable. Very happy with the new device he recommended. So glad they opened up on the northwest. My new go to place for vaping supplies.

I bought my first ECIG today and Mike helped me out. He was amazing! As soon as I came in he welcomed me in and showed me all my options. I picked one out and I explained I wanted something fruity for a flavor. I love the flavor he recommended! He made the entire process easy and seamless. I had no idea how to put one together and he explained the whole process and put it together for me and took his time while being patient with me. I felt comfortable from start to finish. I’m so happy with my purchase and I’m glad I came here. Thank you for an awesome first time experience! I’ll definitely come back for all my future purchases!!

My husband and I are new to vaping and decided to go to Old Pueblo' s new location to learn about different products and purchase units for the both of us in order to help us quit smoking cigarettes.
With as little knowledge that I have in regards to vaping, I asked at least a hundred questions and they answered every one as honestly and descriptively as possible to actually help me learn and understand.
All of they employees were extremely knowledgeable, so polite, and very professional.
And the products are amazing! My husband, my brother in law, and myself sat for at least 20 minutes sampling flavors (which most of are super tasty). We felt very welcome in their store, and appreciated such a high level of customer service.
If I could give you guys 6 stars, I would. I know for a fact I'm going here for all of my vaping needs and will recommend them to anyone who asks.
If any of the employees happen to read this, Thank you guys for everything!!

These guys are the best! I just upgraded from a Pod device to Mod/Tank setup and they were really helpful. These days there are so many different features available that it seems like you need a degree in electronics/mathematics just to understand how it all works!? Haha Tanner was very patient with me, explaining the pros and cons in what I was looking for. They are not at all pushy, more concerned with the customers needs and understanding and not just making a sale. Prices are great and they have a point system that builds up quickly and actually gives great discounts. I can't really think of any downside with Old Pueblo? One thing, they don't carry any Nic-salt juice? But they have a great inventory of E-juices with something for everyone and they are real flexible if you want a custom blend. I'd recommend them to anyone, well worth a visit to their store, go check them out!

Great juices, decent prices with a fair rewards program. Most importantly, absolutely incredible customer service. Cannot possibly be overstated, the guys in this shop know their business, take things reasonably and responsibly, and are more than capable (and willing) to help with everything.
