I'm truly disappointed with their grooming service. Despite being told it would take 3 hours due to my puppy's first visit, they called later, claiming my puppy was scared of the blow dryer and uncooperative. It's confusing, as my puppy is fine with blow drying at home. What was the point of bringing her to them if they couldn't handle the job properly? They only washed and cleaned her, charging $50, and it wasn't worth it. I feel let down.

Customer service in the fish department is non existent. Went to the front cashier and asked for help and they said they do work the fish department 15 before closing. Maybe put a sign up so I don’t stand there waiting for help and then ask me told I wasted my time.

The employees at this location helped us add a new member to our family. A galaxy koi betta that we have nicknamed hydra! We appreciate the hard work and dedication they put into providing us with great service and ensure our betta would make its transition to our home easy. Thanks again!

Unbelievable customer service, my family and I went to buy a bearded dragon for my 4 year old. The lady helping us asked my wife what size tank we had, and my wife without knowing the size pointed at a tank. Then the lady ask me I said 20gal. The lady said that since we didn’t know what size, that they couldn’t guarantee if we bought it. When we went to check out Eddie the so called Manager wouldn’t sell it to us. Said that we had a 10gal tank and needed a 20gal tank. I told him we had a 20gal and he said there is a big difference in size from 10 to 20. And that my wife pointed at a 10gal so the refused service. Went I asked for the lady’s name and his, he said “you don’t need her name, I’m the manager and my name is Eddie “ we then asked him why didn’t the employee have a name tag and he replied “ that policy didn’t require name tags” very poor customer service. I will never shop there again.

Miles? Forgot his name, started with "M," a tall pleasant young man - asked if he could help me shortly after I came in, and gave me very helpful information regarding some specific purchases for my recently adopted dog - dig food supplements and dental preventive care products. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the items I needed for my German Shepherd mix, and cordial. Then, the cashier helped me with information about the grooming department, and helped me to make my first appointment. Impressive service!
