We always buy our inscents from here. But I liked how u can pick and choose different flavors. Bur now they have them individually packed with only one flavor. They should let you mix and match again. Also, they should get some uv tattoo ink in. But the customer service is great!

My friends and I always stop at this store to get our favorite shisha no other store close by has. I got happy when I seen it was on sale for 25% off but immediately got disappointed when I heard they were pulling it from the store. As I continued to shop I noticed there were only a few familiar faces. Come to find out they're under new/old management. The environment has changed and ive been a loyal customer for the past 2 years. When I check out now it's some girl who doesn't even talk or know about the products. Sad to say, I won't be returning here. 2/5 stars

Love these guys!! Great experience all around. Very knowledgeable on all products. All associates are well versed and can assist you in finding whatever you need. Not to mention the customer service is outstanding. Thanks guys keep up the good work!!

Ever since the new management took over and all the staff left it’s been terrible! The women who work there are rude and you can tell they don’t care about the customers. Asked a simple question and got an answer with attitude and a tone that basically was meant to say that was a stupid question. Don’t waste your time here just go to juicy vapes as most of the old staff is now there. Only went here since they were closed for the day but won’t be returning. Now I see why all the staff left.
