50% chance that this store is open during business hours. I’ve been here twice in a week during business hours once in morning and afternoon and it was closed / dark / no appearance of anyone inside. Also knocked to be sure. Will most likely be taking my business to vitamin shop. Every time you pass there they are open when they say they will be. Do better

Light is on and door was locked. They also didn’t answer their phone. If they are at lunch they should have put up a sign, but other than that there should not be an excuse for it to be locked up during their business hours. They are wasting people’s time and gas. Judging by their reviews they should just shut down.

Came here after leaving the unprofessional Covington store . Best decision I’ve made . Store manager had door open , with great hospitality and very knowledgeable on product . Even helped with a diet and workout schedule. Thanks !

This is not the first time I've come to this location and the door has been locked. The store is supposed to open up at 10am. It is well after that time now. There are people waiting in the parking lot for the store to open. Absolutely ridiculous.
