I just talked to a guy named Jay at this Location on the phone and I have never had somebody. Give me such a thorough explanation. It reminded me of when I worked retail, and that's what I would do. I was very detailed, so everybody knew what they were getting into and he had that same thing. And I really enjoy that and appreciate that, and so yeah. I don't know if he's new or if he's a manager or whatever. But you need to pay it more.Seriously, that's not something you see a whole lot.And most people don't care about their job, and you can tell this guy, does. Honestly I wish there was a lot more people like him.

We were the only customers in the store at the time, which made it more noticeable. While my husband was ordering, someone who didn’t appear to be working was sitting nearby laughing out loud and watching us. I could feel her looking at me, and when I looked back, it felt uncomfortable. The situation came across as unprofessional, especially for a business selling regulated products. Because of that, I’ll likely go to another location next time.

I am amending my review to reflect the horrendous customer service. Come to this place if you want to wait 15 minutes as the line backs up to the door while the lone employee casually volunteers information about literally every single product in the store to their current customers like they are the only ones in the store. For the premiums this store charges over online shopping, employees need to be coached on keeping the line moving. Do yourself a favor and go to Greenlight in Benson instead. It’s worth the drive.

They will sent the wrong item in your order. There is no way to contact them by the phone to resolve order issues and you have to email them to hopefully get things resolved. Poor customer service.

Wonderful service! Jay is amazing and was so helpful informing me of all the options there was. Definitely recommend this location
