Very Young inexperieced Girl they mistakenly put in charge today just lost a great customer today because she would not prescibe me the order I placed today & she said my strain "wasn't available" but my order clearly said "packaged" & "ready for PU" ?.... when I got home & called to ask a Manager why I was not given the medication i ordered & the girl on the phone said inexperienced store manager obviously made a mistake because it shows on her screen order is packaged & ready for PU as well...OK but the order still says "processed" on my screen but I did not pu anything or pay ? She "processed" my order but did NOT dispense my meds as well ???? OMG ?? What this very young inexperienced girl did to ME today was unacceptable & poor business because she personally doesn't like me and acted it out.
Owner: Please thank her for treating me like an idiot.....but I'm actually NOT AN IDIOT...😁 Rise opens @ 9am tomorrow & its a guarantee they won't treat me like I'm stupid.

Drop another review i had one i had to correct did so ghetto back in the day play was kinda pricey but trulieve is the spot a great place the staff have always been really cool here knowledgable and kind
