I didn't know they reopened! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. Megan C. (There are 4 Megan's) called a minute after I placed my order (literally) and let me know they were out of a certain product. I also had a few questions and she answered them without me feeling like she was rushing through it to get me off the phone and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Once I got there John helped though the transaction and I was able to add onto my order while I was there. If I had a question about something, he had the answer. I was ecstatic about the cone service that is offered, so I was able to pick what I wanted and John made the the product in pre-rolls. He was quick in doing so and they burn perfectly. If you haven't been to Strains of the earth, you need to go. I know I'll be back! Thank you John and Megan C. for giving me the shopping experience I've been wanting in a dispensary!

Sean helped me. He was so knowledgeable, but more than that he was patient, kind, and incredibly well mannered. I enjoyed learning new things and trying a soda pop with THC was really cool. In fact I am drinking one now and I love it! Thank you Sean for the time you spent with me. I’m sure I will never forget you 🫶.

Preston is the best bud tender ive had so far hes super knowledgeable at getting me what I come in for, he has awesome conversations and a great attitude towards the customers.

Awesome staff from the ownership team and founder to the budtenders that help out the public. I have loved the atmosphere at this location and when they had a favor location. This will be where I go to support local small cannabis business. Strains has one thing the bigger guys don't and that's attentiveness and care.

Megan does such a good job! She always greets me with a smile on her face and something nice to say! She also is very knowledgeable in products and helps me find exactly what I’m looking for!

Very nice storefront hidden in plain sight. Spacious, open interior with a lot of products. The clerk Meghan(sp?) was very helpful and knowledgeable about products and helped me make an informed decision. Will visit again.

Strains of the Earth is a fascinating concept that combines food as medicine, mushrooms, cannabis, and hemp products while delivering excellent customer service. I really enjoy visiting SOTE because of the size and design of their store. Plus, the people are incredibly friendly.

This place has such a different variety of different pieces, they have THC drinks and they also have CBD drinks. They were very nice extremely knowledgeable and I put them at the top of my list. A must check out.
