Good experience, but check your product before making claims about the product. I specifically asked for a specific style of pen with a usb charger and they assured me the product was correct before I left the store. Thankfully I opened the box and checked it before I left the parking lot. The staff was apologetic when I went back in , but this issue could have been easily avoided if they open the product when it comes in to verify what it actually is. I drove to this specific store out of the way to get a specific product they carry and I was clear in the store when I asked them about it.

I came to this vape shop for the first time this evening, and I was very pleased. The store was bright and clean, the clerk was extremely friendly and helpful, and the flavors all looked amazing. Very affordable for the quantity of juice!
I bought a bottle of Candy King Strawberry Watermelon Bubblegum from the clearance shelf and enjoyed it very much, I look forward to coming here many times in the future to try their house juice. Would recommend to anyone, this place is awesome!

On October 5th, 2023, I purchased the Aarhus Pro from a store, enticed by its touted auto draw feature that eliminates the need for a button press. However, just two days later, on October 7th, the device stopped working on the a you to draw. Frustrated, I contacted the store for assistance, only to be met with an explanation that this issue was common with the product.
They assured me that if I brought it to the store, they would examine the settings and replace it since I had purchased it a mere three days ago. Trusting their word, despite living 13 miles away, I made the trip to the store. Much to my dismay, upon reaching the store, they informed me that the device was still functioning, albeit not as intended by the manufacturer. Therefore, they refused to exchange or refund it.
As a long-standing customer who has never encountered such issues with this store before, I was deeply disappointed. It is perplexing that they would knowingly sell a product with a known defect. Furthermore, their unwillingness to honor their promises and provide proper customer service is disheartening.
Most reputable stores typically offer a minimum 30-day exchange policy for faulty items, but this particular location doesn't seem to uphold such standards. The lack of warranty coverage and their unwillingness to rectify the situation are major letdowns.
I have informed the store of my intention to report them to the Better Business Bureau, as this experience has left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I will not be returning to this store in the future. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative options that prioritize customer satisfaction and honor their commitments.

Always professional. And very polite people. EDIT.....ITS SEEMS LIKE ALL THE GOOD EMPLOYEES HAVE LEFT. THE ONLY ONE WHO NOWS HIS HAND FROM HIS HEAD IS THE MANAGER...I DONT THINK I WILL BE BACK. WHAT A SHAME. UPDATE I no longer shop here. The employees all suck. Vape this is my new go to.

If their store card machine is down, NEVER pay cash! I paid cash for a $25 battery about 7 weeks ago. I need a manual receipt to now call manufacturer and Eco Vape will NOT provide. In April 2024, the card machine was down. Their employee working told me they couldn't put my purchase in system record later. Now I have a problem & am screwed.
FIND A BETTER Place to purchase from is my best suggestion.
