The member joining took about 3 minutes. She was fantastic and explained everything super well. But really how they just kept me from going back next door is 2 reasons.. 1. 24/7 access. Soooooo convenient. And aTWO..I just accidentally bought the wrong product. Totally my fault..I called just to hear how the red blend would compare with the red maeng da..but CJ just immediately went into solution mode and said for me to call when I go back later and they’re going to give me a bag of the red maeng da I meant to buy. Cannot beat quality products and TOP NOTCH customer service. I won’t go anywhere else. Period.

Pure, unadulterated kratom. Best vendor I’ve had in a long time and the only vendor I have used for years. I’m soooo thankful for the 24hr vending machine, it is great when I run out and I’m in pain late at night. The quality is very consistent as well. Only thing I wish y’all had was higher quantities in the vending machine. I called and asked if I could do a local pickup for a kilo, and y’all said no. I live at 59th and Lewis, so I don’t see the point in waiting for 2-4 days for a kilo to ship to me less than a mile away. Edit: They also now have a retail location open in Town West, which is awesome. I live in Owasso now & your package usually comes the next day as long as you can get your order in earlier in the previous day before they go drop off all the packages at the post office. Earthly mist is awesome, been ordering from them for over a year now!

I had a great experience at this shop and Paula, who helped me, was wonderful. She gave me a lesson on the products I was inquiring about (Kratom) complete with a handout that she took notes on for me while she talked. You can't beat that! She was knowledgeable, sensitive and patient. In the end she sent me home with a sample/starter pack so I could figure out what I liked best at a reasonable price. It's been a long time since I've received that level of customer care and the experience restored my faith in humanity a little. I'll be returning while I'm still in town, that's for sure.

I'm so grateful that I found this vendor after nova upped their bulk online price. Was forever purchasing through EM’s ever so convenient 24/7 kratom vending machine until I found out about bulk pricing. It's literally great quality and a little less than novas new bulk pricing. Fastest shipping on any product I've ordered in my LIFE to boot! I ordered it yesterday around 11:30am and it was at my door by 3pm the next day. Possibly earlier, I wasn't home. So….scary fast and especially if you live within Tulsa. 10/10

I have had experiences good and bad with kratom vendors since 2008. For me, Earthly Mist comes in first place in terms of quality product and helpful staff, not to mention good prices. The owner/operator, Mr. LeJuan Williams, is highly knowledgeable about his products (the various strains and their qualities, for example), and generous in his service to his clients. His 24-hour business model is visionary, and I believe it will help a lot of people. And, as I understand, Earthly Mist is the only kratom vendor so far to receive support from the Oklahoma State Health Department. Earthly Mist does things right! Highly recommended.
