I don’t use the term “worst” very often, but this place is literally the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. Closed in the middle of the day, drive thru is never open, orders are never ready after confirmation text, medication continually out of stock, and multiple denial of insurance even after my insurance approved medicine. Awful service and experience.

Use the app to locate a medication that neither Walmart or Walgreens had. Yay! But they will neither deliver nor ship it without ruinous fees. Can't read what I'm writing in Google reviews so this is the end

Sat in their drive-through pharmacy for over 10 minutes and still have not been able to pick up my prescription

Was forced to switch to CVS because of my insurance. I now have to drive over 30 minutes to pick up my prescriptions. When I get there, the whole pharmacy is closed for lunch. I asked the pharmacist witch was back there "working" if I could get my prescription. He said no. So I explained to him that I just came all the way from Nowata. He said very RUDELY, "YUP, SORRY SIR" like sorry bout your luck. So unprofessional!!!!

Never will I ever again go there. My rx been ready since 2 but I had to wait 30 minutes after the guy got my name in the drive thru, Then couldn't use my good rx code.. They don't know what they are doing.
