Been an off and on customer for a couple years and I won’t be coming back. The prices for items change depending on the employee working and they also don’t honor deals posted in store. I was told I needed a flyer for a certain deal and when I called the other store to ask about it they told me a completely different story. I don’t trust their business practices and they’re many other shops around that sell the same products for a better price.

Green haired fetus that looked high out of his mind wouldn't sell us anything from the store because we called Whippets "Whippets" which he claimed was illegal terminology. Beyond stupid. I've never had anyone, at any smoke shop I've ever went to in my entire life, tell me that. Meanwhile, the last time we went, another worker was trying to get us to do dabs the entire time. Make up your mind! Overpriced store, terrible selection, insane employees. DO NOT GO HERE. You'll get better, for a better price, at any other of the many smoke shops in the area.

If I could give less than one star I would. Charged us $50 for a glass blunt that is faulty and refused to give an exchange or refund! Wasted money on a product that doesn't even work. Disgusting people who sell bad products and offer to help you use them next week as if I don't know how to make a glass blunt work.

I stopped in today to purple haze to try and purchase a like kind product that I was using. Natalie suggested another product close to what I was looking for. Natalie was extremely professional, friendly and explained the difference between the two products. I am happy to make Natalie‘s acquaintance, and look forward to seeing her again. She is an asset to purple haze And my experience was a pleasure. Thank you, Natalie for your help.
