If I could give them -stars I would! I’ve been there a couple times and the staff had been rude, but today tops all other times! I walk up they are open but there’s a “be back in 10min” sign so I patiently wait. The employee “Tee” the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with instead of apologizing for the wait proceeds to open the door after I stood there for 9 minutes at 1:35pm she must of put the sign up as I’m walking to the door i guess (while their sign clearly said open) and says to me “it’s weird I was watching her eat her lunch” excuse me! I saw movements toward the back but had no idea what she was doing, I was patiently waiting on my phone never knocked or even put my face to the window to find out what she was doing. After sitting in traffic for 30 minutes to get there I guess I was supposed to just come back, yea I don’t think so. The audacity to talk to customers like that is crazy! I most definitely will not be back.

i come in quiet often looking for raz vapes, oil burners, liquid detox and fetish urine it is so sad that i haven't been able to find any due to covid inventory on backlash but this store always has just what i need and they're priced great and conveniently, the two women that work there are extremely personable and have great customer service skills and are just an over all vibe they make my drive from Sarasota worth it every time i encounter them i leave more cheerful than how i came in. they call themselves the dynamic duo and the older Spanish one is super funny and gorgeous she's great, the stores clean every time i have came in they are very attentive this is the best smoke shop definitely. they've really stepped their game up glad to be a faithful customer and vibe with the atmosphere , cant wait for it to become legal i wont go elsewhere!! great products and people.

TRY ALL PRODUCTS BEFORE TAKING A STEP OUTSIDE THE STORE. I’ve been going here for over a year but I dropped my support after this week i can’t shop here after the way they treated regular customers. Either business is bad or business is that good, you know. I looked past the prices due to location but after I just bought 2 pens, left the store to pump gas at wawa and while there and opening the box I realized one was completely open and empty so of course I return to the store and they turned me away so quick-saying once I left the store they can’t exchange something. Even if they sell you an empty cartridge. Why not mention this to people verbally so they try their products before leaving. I’ll mention it for future costumers but just an FYI there’s many stores who beat their prices by $10-$30 on a total bill and if your were weekly stopping like I was then this adds up. While cost sometimes isn’t as important as convenience, the store has lost another loyal customer because they wouldn’t exchange a defective product they sold after 10 minutes smh.
