The STAFF was absolutely AMAZING!! Very KNOWLEDGEABLE, yesterday was my son and I first time visiting MÜV. When we arrived my first stop was the restroom, that restroom was CLEANED beyond my expectations and the the SMELL was extremely pleasant 😌. I made my way to the counter and Marcus called me over, the way Marcus took his time with me explaining the different products and advising me on what products would work best for my situation TOOK IT UP A NOTCH For me 🥰. Marcus was very detailed about how the product works and his knowledge was on POINT!! The staff interacted with my son and I they too were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ohh and Ms.Reid is my New 2nd cousin because we share the same last name and our families act alike 😂😂. I honestly enjoyed visiting and spending my coins with you all, Trust me you all WILL BE SEEING US AGAIN and AGAIN!!

Staff is awesome. Cameron is always very kind and social when I come in. Derek also is always very nice and makes sure i am taken care of. It is very appreciated and makes me continue to come back. All around great staff nothing but good stuff to say about all of them.

Incredible selection and killer Vapes I'd say probably the best of all the dispensaries and I've tried them all in the last 5 years these being a local brand made or rated in the top three cartridges and Google I'm loving the granddaddy purple

Kevin is an awesome person sweet and kind and very understandable and knowledgeable. Always get a well welcome by the staff! It’s always a pleasure coming to the Tampa location.

My second favorite dispo in Tampa only because I discovered the New Tampa location right by my place first. Claire and Alex are simple put the bees knees. Excellent Customer Service, Excellent patience and problem solvers extraordinaire’s. They were able to handle my problem way better than calling the 800 number for help who made it seem like the issue I had was not fixable. This is no shade to the other workers there that I have not had the pleasure of communicating with. I’m sure the positive energy engulfs the place and workers in it. The Dale Mabry store is way out of my way but I will not hesitate to pay them a visit if my New Tampa location doesn’t have what I need in stock. 5+ stars all around.

I'm all new to this but the manager here is the best. He is such a happy young man and very knowledgeable. I have harassed this poor soul all week trying to figure out what works for me and he has never waivered in his genuine caring that I find the right products. Well done sir. Thank you for everything.
