I have been to several Vapor 100’s around the state (Emporia, McPherson, Newton, Hutchinson and a few others) due to traveling for work. The one on Maple definitely has had the best customer service and the most helpful, Knowledgeable employees that always steer me in the right direction with a smile on their face. This will be my go to store from now on!

So a week ago I came here to purchase a Randy's Inspo battery that was recommended to me by a friend. I asked to see one from the not so friendly employee. I got to the register and I decided to go ahead and purchase another one. This was quite an annoyance for the employee, as they had to walk around to the other side again and grab another one. I made my purchase and left the uninviting store. After one week I tried to charge the battery and it wouldn't charge. I took it back to the store with the receipt and original packaging, which I was promptly told wouldn't work because of a 24 hour return policy. It will be the last time I come into this small business. I do not recommend this place due to the horrible customer service.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! They are friendly and beyond helpful every time I’ve been in. I stopped shopping online because of the folks I see on the Saturdays I go in! Well done!

Let me save you time, money, and being disrespected. Avoid this trash store like the plague and go to bean scene!! It’s not much further from here, it’s way cheaper, and customer service is always awesome! Oh, and phones are permitted. After 3 separate negative experiences in this store, it’s safe to say the 1 star is well deserved- wish I could give zero stars. Call me crazy, but one would think since it’s super easy/convenient to order online, your customer service game would at minimal be decent. Your phone policy is trash, and so is the attitude of all the staff in your store. It’s not always what you say, but how you say it. Maybe learn how to speak to customers with tact. My husband, my brother and I each went to this store on separate occasions since it’s closest to our house, and each of us had terrible experiences. As a small business owner, I’d be embarrassed. Do better unless you enjoy bad reviews and losing business.
