The person with the blue hair and painted nails is so nice and has amazing and honest customer service. The man with long hair who dresses like someone from 2016 is a weirdo. Sung drake very loudly when I was just trying to get my nicotine. All the ladies are very nice. Thanks.

I went into the East Pawnee location with a friend, we looked items over, paid for the items I wanted to purchase she left. A few days later I was looking at my receipt and realized I’d been charged for an item I didn’t want to purchase. I called the location and employee was VERY rude. He told me I shouldn’t have joked about purchasing the item if I didn’t want it. I corrected him by giving more details about what happened that day, trying to refresh his memory. The employee then accused me of lying and hung I on me. I was so upset! I tried calling him back a few times but none would answer. Finally I got someone to answer, it just so happened to be that same employee. I then asked to dish with the manager, at which time he replied with snide laugh..” ugh, that would be me “At this point I had lost my temper and replied “oh, so that’s why you feel you can be smart with me”. Again he hung up . So, i tried calling back a few more times and once again no one would answer. I haven’t been able to speak to anyone about this to try to resolve this matter. At the time this happened I was going through something very hard and this just made me feel even more hurt and upset. I’ve never had any problems with an employee, or a manager for that matter, but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth still to this day.

Great staff, always super friendly and very knowledgable about products, always know how to make me feel right at home! Store always looks so good, clean and tidy, always have what i need when i need it!
