I recently attempted to make my first purchase at Culture Cannabis Club and unfortunately left empty-handed due to a pricing issue at checkout. The product total was $53, and because I was paying with a card, the adjusted total should have been $60. I explained ahead of time that I only had $60 available. However, the total kept being rounded up to $61. Even after it was recalculated multiple times (around 5-6 attempts), the error wasn't recognized, and I ultimately decided to leave. The cashier was very polite and helpful, so this isn't about attitude — it was simply a frustrating checkout experience. I had walked about a mile to the store and another mile back home, so it was disappointing to make the trip and not be able to complete what should have been a straightforward purchase. As someone who was planning to become a new customer, this first experience was discouraging. I hope management reviews this so future customers don't run into similar issues.

Although the customer service may be good but the management lacks real leadership and doesn't know or arent able to figure out the problem with their point system... The points they add to your account when you make a purchase from their dispensary...I've called more then 4 times and each person that seemed very helpful but never followed up with me to make it clear to me if I'm getting point added to my account from me making purchases..nothing gets resolved and i keep getting the same answer it's something the corporate has to resolve and so instead of really doing some real work to resolve the issue they keep giving me lip service...Which is not professional as to business standards. When and if this issue gets resolved I give an update.

Great staff..... Very friendly and helpful.... Out of this world sales... Awesome events... Very productive reward system... All in all cultures the best cannabis club I've ever been to
