The Forest Dispensary – Kansas City

I wish we could all go back in time, before loyalty was suspended for nearly 2 years and definitely before the website was turned into whatever it is today. I will continue to visit until a closer newer dispensary opens this spring, for lack of a more convenient local option that isn't gas station weed. I've been a patron since day one but at this point, I travel downtown via public transport rather than walk 20 minutes to patronize The Forest. Prices online don't match what I'm charged in house. The website absolutely sucks compared to the ease of the original. The staff is awesome and I hope they find new homes before Spring. Support local, but support better local. I'd rather ride the streetcar with the suburban suburbanites than walk in peace to be overcharged and not be able to easily scroll a pathetic website. Thanks for years of awesome operation, but I'd rather go blindly into any other dispensary at this point. And yes, it is due to the website issues, mostly. This place was an absolute gem, but no longer.

I usually get taken care of by Kitty, but I have not seen her around in a while. The woman who took care of me tonight was amazing! She was insightful and helpful. Knew a lot of the products and had tried them herself. Loved coming this time and every time. The Forrest is always on point!
