Well since we are gonna have this snow Strom they got busy yesterday! Well that being said, I put items in my cart early in the morning. Which said I had had them. Then I get to the store and the one product that I really needed and wanted they told me they ran out of. I was very upset and I said to the girl, why would you take the things out of my cart when I already ordered them that was not cool I’ve never experienced anything like that. I said the thing that made me most upset is the product that I needed the most and wanted the most and that’s the reason why I went there or I went to would go to Cresco. She proceeded to tell me that since it was busy that they took things out of people’s cards because they were very busy and people wanted those things. Well, I proceeded to tell her I didn’t think that was fair so when you go order something you have to go there and see if your order is there or not. It’s like a guessing game. She says oh I’m so sorry we never do that but since it’s a day like today, we do things that way. Well believe me you that put a bad taste in my mouth and I will never be back. I will go to Cresco and shop for now on even though it’s convenient for me. I will not be back because that’s what you do if you are busy if people order something and you go for it and you think that it’s in your card after you order it and then you get there and it’s gone that is not cool. That’s not professional and that’s not how you should run your business. I don’t know how many people this happened to but I’m telling you guys it’s not cool it’s upsetting and it’s very unprofessional. I’ve never been to a place where you order something then they take it away from you because they got busy and other people wanted it after it was already ordered and in your cart. It was already ordered that was not right so I’m sorry that this happened but I doubt I will ever be back! Sadly, it’s a nice place and I did enjoy shopping there, but I will not go somewhere where I cannot feel comfortable enough when I place an order for it not to be there that is not professional. That’s not what you guys do. I’ve never experienced anything like that in any dispensary I’ve ever been to. Sadly, you guys made a big mistake. I will not be back and I’m so sad that that happened and I feel bad because the people there are nice. It’s just that’s very unprofessional like I said I’ve never been to any dispensary who did that to me.

As someone in the industry, I enjoy stopping in from time to time. Kevin is the best. He is always there when I go in to help. Lets me know about the new strains dropping and what to try. I thoroughly enjoy our conversations and the help with building my bundles. Never let down with the choices!

This place is great, workers are great, sales should be better, but what's ridiculous is the fact that every single time you guys open now as if recently last 2-3 weeks, it'll be ONLY 15 minutes after open time and now will say "online ordering is temporarily closed due to extremely high demand" & "will reopen again soon" crap ... Yeah I'll check it throughout the entire day, hours and hours go by and it's still not reopened ..get your stuff together guys! I should be able to make my order online. No other dispo gives this problem. This Dispo is closest to me though so I have to just deal with it. I know others disappointed about it too.

This USED to be my favorite dispensary in Pittsburgh. But the new GM is so subpar it's unreal. On October 7, I placed an order online at Liberty Cannabis on W Liberty Ave in Pittsburgh. I expressed to your receptionist that I wanted to speak with a pharmacist because I wanted to add to my order and wanted to speak to someone knowledgeable about the strains and their medical benefits as I've been having a worsening arthritic issue and candida as the result of having Sjogren's Disease. I was informed there was presently at 5:30 pm no pharmacist on staff, but I would be paired with a manager. The """manager""" knew less about cannabis than I did other than the fact he liked to use it. The other employees were chiming in on my questions where he didn't know the answers, and overall I was not satisfied. But I thanked him for his "help" (though his blank stare as I looked through the menu and all he did was recommend Strane products like a sales man), was about as much help as I got other than "I think, I guess". He didn't even make any efforts to look things up. Since I added to my order, my total was about $80 more than my online order. But I noticed I had received an old receipt stapled to my bag instead of the updated one. I received my updated receipt and left. I noticed upon arriving to my mother's house about 15 minutes away that I was given Wedding Kush instead of Wedding Grapes even though the "manager" went over my order and recited "Wedding Grapes". I called and had to come back up to exchange it. When I arrived the "manager", asked me what was wrong and tried to blame it on adding to my order. But, this was one of the original items from my original online order. Then it took him 10 minutes to figure out the computer to exchange the product. He stapled the bag and said "there you go all set". No apology. I stood there and waited for 15 seconds, and he turned away awkwardly. I said excused me if I made someone come all the way back because of MY mistake I'd AT LEAST apologize. So he very sarcastically uttered "sorry for the inconvenience”. I told him "wow dude I have no idea how you got to be a manager but I am going to call and email your headquarters and find out.”
His response to me asking your receptionist for the corporate number? Are you KIDDING me? Is this how you treat people?

The past few months this place is absolutely went to trash. I would walk here almost daily to get my medicine... Now I will gladly go shop around town. I don't know what has been going on but the workers seemed overstressed, and worked to the bone. Some of the nicest budtenders I've ever come across too. You used to be able to pop right in and pop right out now there's like a 20 plus minute wait every single time I'm up there. My online order is never ready anymore. The old general manager Luke had this place running. I don't know if it's because there's a hiring freeze or what. But this place is going to continue to struggle until somebody grabs this and starts to answer problems instead of putting a Band-Aid on it. I will not be back until things start to change. I have spent a good chunk of money in this dispensary and it's pathetic to see what corporate greed can do to a company...do better
