I went back in May I think it was and tried buy a cbd cartridge. When I got to my car, I realized it was mostly empty but they had already closed so I went back the next day.

When I went back to show what I had the next day, there was a different younger girl at the stand so i proceeded to tell what happened. She then accused me of not buying that cartridge there and that i was lying. The previous employee did not record the right product to my luck even though it was on video and unfortunately the one who I needed to talk to was not there that day. Instead, I had security called on me and was escorted out like I was a criminal.

I eventually had everything figured out and apologized for the mix up from their OTHER south Jordan mall location-based as I was not getting anywhere with this west valley mall younger brunette female/they/them employee.

Because of this embarrassment and trauma they caused me, I will no longer support this location or utah products and stores.

Good products, ive been going here for a while now and the employees were always nice and informative. But when i went there recently the lady didnt wanna help me and was very passive aggressive. she was just on her phone not looking at me. Besides that its a good place
