I came in once this morning and unfortunately, I was sold the wrong cartridge for my pen. Also kind of my mistake because I should’ve known which cartridge I needed. I came back this evening to let them know what happened and they gave me a new battery to fit with my cartridge, $10 coupon, free hat, bad, and keychain… this place, takes care of their customers!! 5 stars ⭐️

I have a hassle-free experience every time I step foot in the building, so I figured I should finally make a review! Shout out to Zachary, he was my budtender this time. He was very friendly and quick! Same experience I usually receive during every visit, but still appreciate it nonetheless. Great options, great people, whats not to like!

Edson was awesome. We chatted quick about my favorite strain and why. With this info he recommended a different but similar strain. It was such a pleasant chat. Plus the added bonus that we both spoke Spanish. 😊

If I could leave six stars I would. Dispos in VA are either slow, expensive, poor quality, and most of the time all of the above. Was it a sigh of relief going here and having all of that disappear! Prices are low with almost always a sale going on, lines go fast even when it’s busy, and I have yet to have a dud! The employees are all super nice and helpful. Couldn’t recommend it more! Also I wanted to give a personal shoutout to Greg! He gave me a lot of advice on terps and what my girlfriend and I can look for/avoid for each of us, even while it was moderately busy, which I appreciate :) Seemed to really know his stuff and the products they carry!
