Lume is great! They have the best rewards/points system and the staff is friendly. They’re Earth friendly and don’t use plastic bags. Aaron is my favorite bud tender too, he’s calm, cool, and knowledgeable about everything Lume!!

Finally after years of being abused by my rheumatoid arthritis I broke down and requested a medical cannabis card and because of the severity of the disease I was approved immediately. So I started to explore the options and in five minutes I realized that I was wading through a pile of junk stacked so high and way over my head. Disheartened and overwhelmed we walked into the Lume Store in Monroe with absolute frustration and we were greeted by a very professional and informative staff member named Abigail. She was very kind, considerate with a keen interest in making sure I understood what she was talking about and being so knowledgeable there wasn’t one question that she did not have the answer for. We left the store with confidence and an arsenal of products to help manage my chronic joint pain. This store 10 stars and Abigail is a ROCKSTAR!

The selection was solid — lots of quality flower, pre-rolls, edibles, and concentrates to choose from. I also appreciated the clear pricing and regular deals, which made it easy to get good value without feeling overwhelmed. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the atmosphere in the store was clean and welcoming. It was my first time coming into this dispensary and had a great experience! Everyone in the dispensary was great and very helpful which made it a better and easier experience for me especially since it was my first time ever purchasing as well! Elliot who helped me in particular was great with helping get what I needed and was friendly!! I Will certainly be coming back and highly recommend going to Lume!
