Tried Lume for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. I absolutely was NOT disappointed! The prices were great and the selection and variety was out of this world!! Lots of choices in every department! My first time there but Jesse was a HUGE help!! Told me the specials concerning what I was looking for and even told me others that would benefit me! He was so helpful and knowledgeable that it made my visit so much less stressful. A lot of places expect you to know exactly what you want or need. He didn’t make me feel dumb at all and was very patient even though I wasn’t making a huge purchase. That will definitely keep me coming back! Give that man a raise! Thanks Jesse! 🤘🏽

• Second visit: 1/14/26 • Ordered ahead again via their website. Order was filled in less than 20 minutes and said it was ready for pickup! Wow! We have NEVER had an experience like that involving a pickup/order ahead order at any other dispo in the mitten! Lume continues to amaze!! I again had the pleasure of having Andy help me with my pickup; and after last time he gave me yet, another amazing recommendation for my loyalty perk! Tried some new product and the quality was supreme! All ✅ checkboxes checked (smell, taste, feel, effects) it’s worth the current drive for us to be so well taken care of; from The first visit, to our second visit; we already appreciate the consistency in your quality and experience! Lume Saginaw, you have honestly set the bar for what anyone should come to expect from a dispensary in Michigan! Thank you for continuing to be CONSISTENTLY awesome. Others sadly cannot 👏 You guys rock! 🤘 ———————————————————————— To start this was our first visit to Lume in Saginaw and to say “blown away” by how we were treated would be an UNDERSTATEMENT! Not only phenomenal customer service and products, but their loyalty programs are a game changer!! We’ve been to a lot of dispos; but NEVER yet, until now can we say PRODUCT QUALITY of the perks of the loyalty program (please speak to them more about this) WERE NOT JEOPARDIZED! Others give “loyalty” members outdated, awful tasting bud/gummies/prerolls…not Lume! NOT. LUME. The super, welcoming bud-tender whom helped me, Andy upon request gave me his personal recommendations of some FANTASTIC flower options; and not to fail to mention what an awesome, futuristic way to experience the smell before making a decision. They have these cool little boxes loaded with flower and you push air into it and out through the top to smell! Lume has exceeded any expectations we could have had, going in (which we didn’t have any but were easily shown and impressed); when going into their wonderful establishment for the first time! As long, as this type of experience is reoccurring and consistent for Lume every-time, they have our business and we don’t even mind spending a bit more!! Because we KNOW the product will remain QUALITY every time! Lume locked in at number one for us! Thank you for a great experience! Very impressed. 💚💚🙏🙏

I always love going to lume. Everyone is super sweet and nice. I feel comfortable when I go in there and they are always doing really good deals. My favorite place to go! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! :)

Mike is the best and their whole staff really!! Jess is the best too. I appreciate their expertise greatly. Everything is laid out nicely in the store and easily flat laid very aesthetically, kinda like Instagram 😂
