Great all the way around! When I was using a walker to get around, they actually opened it and closed the door for me when I came and then when I left. They’re helpful courteous I know what they’re talking about. They deserve business. They’re a new startup and they deserve support and I hope everybody gives it to him who is in the era.

1st timer at Madhouse. SylviAnne (I'm sure thats spelled wrong) was wonderful. Super friendly and knows her stuff. Absolutely informative, smiling the whole time. Definitely recommend anyone in the Missoula area swing by and see the wonderful selection and staff.

Just dropped in to the new MADHOUSE in Lolo and I gotta say, 10/10. Friendly dude at the counter who knew the answer to all my questions. On top of that, he offered me and my lady backpacks for our kids which came equipped with supplies for school. The cherry on top was the hand written letter inside that said, Have a great school year. 💚 Just the extra mile they went to deliver local love. I got MAD respect for the folks down there and the things they stand for. It's the only place I'll be shopping. One love.
