I brought three of this store's brand disposable pens here. Two of them stop working after a couple of days. I called the store and told them about the pens that stopped working after purchase. They themselves told me they are aware of the problem and have reported it to their manufacturer. We were told to come into the store with the two broken pens, and we could get replacements because they sold me a broken product. I drove back to the store and showed them the pen that was still full. And they told me they could only give 30% off another two disposable pens. That's wild. Instead of replacing the broken product, you sold it to a customer who had already paid for it. You're just going to give me 30 off. They don’t care about the quality of the product they are selling or their customer.
