On March 5,2024, I visited LotusGold-Nicoma Park for my medication. They had a great BOGO sale going and I hoped to buy top tier cannabis and a lower tier for 1 penny, as indicated on WeedMaps at a great price. Well the middle aged woman behind the counter was so RUDE to me!!!! I am a 60 yr old disabled veteran. I had questions about the BOGO because how she explained it was different from my understanding on WeedMaps. I was the only customer in the store. From out of nowhere, she rudely says to me “I am tired of having to explain our BOGO to everyone who comes in the store. It’s not the hard to understand.” I told her it was confusing. Her coworker quietly agreed with me. But the woman became even more agitated and angry. So I quickly left. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical marijuana dispensary! Unless you like being disrespected and treated rudely, I’d avoid that LotusGold-Nicoma Park location like the CoVID plaque! No, Justin, I will not be returning to LotusGold. I stand by my rating. The store manager (Kalena) needs to understand she has to treat ALL customers with respect. Not sure what triggered her… my skin color, age, gender, veteran status… I don’t know, but I am not interested in returning to have her “explain” your confusing BOGO process. There’s too many other dispensaries out there. V/r, Mrs. Rancier.

They use to be a nice place to go. People were friendly. Now to busy to be nice. I'm sure they are underpaid and overworked. ALOT of other places to go.

I drive almost 2 hours just to shop here and I'm never disappointed. Great product, staff, and prices. I highly recommend! The budtender Misty was so sweet and helpful. Such a great woman with big dreams. I wish her the best!
