great customer service from Alyssa , took the time to explain and patiently answer any of my questions regarding the variety of products they have here as well as being sure to inform me that stock changes out frequently and that I should be sure to check in for new items. Great puffco sets here and different glass options. Very welcoming and alwalys leaves me looking forward to my next trip in. This is my go to shop (:!
