Nasty lazy attitude from pharmacist. Walgreens didn’t have the antibiotic suspension and I came in to ask if this pharmacy has it. Pharmacist or lady with puffy black hair confirmed they do. I asked her to call Walgreens to transfer it. She said ok and just walked away (didn’t even take my info) for about 5 min behind the consultation area. Then she came out saying can you go over there to get the paper copy of it because I don’t want to wait on hold. She didn’t even bother calling at this point. I told her I just spoke to them on the phone and they picked up right away, she responded well I know better I call them 6 times a day. So I said I’m not going there it’s always a long line, and I was with my sick daughter, can you call. She sensed my frustration at this point and said now I don’t want to help you anymore. Excuse me! There are a million pharmacies on Brighton. I called Rabinowitz pharmacy, the pharmacist called Walgreens no problem and my rx was ready in 40 min. Additionally my daughter loves buying toys there and that’s not happening anymore either!

Great pharmacy! Great staff! Great service! I was there on Sunday and before I had gotten from E.R to the pharmacy my medication was already finished and ready to be picked up. I am really satisfied by the fast service and friendly staff.

The very worst pharmacy, in terms of service and attention to detail, I have ever been to. The staff are rude and very openly racist. They told me my insurance wasn’t valid without checking, and yet the doctor who sent my medication to this pharmacy, had used the same insurance to diagnose and treat me within the same hour! Useless, inefficient, lazy, racist people so people of color, get your medication from anywhere else, but not this pharmacy! The reply from this racist pharmacy below is a pathetic attempt at saving grace. Of course your employees will tell you that they were polite, etc! Why are you not concerned about my experience with your pharmacy instead of your made up responses from your employees? I went to my car because you assured me I had everything not because I called my insurance. Why would I call my insurance when you had already filled some of my prescription? You are dumb! Shame on you! You are RACIST, USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL & are hugely LACKING in ACCOUNTABILITY!

Called at 12:28 on 9/28/2023 to inquire whether this pharmacy carried a drug that was prescribed by my doctor but was out of stock at other pharmacies. The employee working during this shift hung up the phone on me after I asked the question and never called back.

I was assigned this pharmacy 3 times and each time they were out of prescribed medications. The lady with short hair and glasses was unprofessional and rude.
