The staff is always helpful and friendly. Malleri was very nice and informative about the product. This is my favorite place to go, it's close and fast. Never have to wait!

I love shopping at Beyond Hello! The staff is all super friendly and the website is easy to navigate. Walking into the shop for orders has always been fast and easy too. A special shout out to the worker, Michelle who is always pleasant and kind with the service she provides. Very down to Earth kind of staff working here. I highly recommend this place!

All of the stores in the area serve basically the same brands. What makes this store stand out are its employees. My first visit I had zero knowledge of this world. The employees took serious care and time to explain as much info as I needed to make a choice. One employee, Marcus, is just the absolute best. He is super, knowledgable and friendly. All the employees make the exchange welcoming and friendly, but Marcus takes it to the next level and answers questions like you are family. Great place!

Easy and quick. No "appointments" necessary, and walking in is seamless and delightful. Their prices are good, and they have a decent variety of strains. Tip: be sure to sign up for texts, and make sure to pre-register online on their website for a more efficient experience. It's never packed also.

My bud tender Keila was amazing she was so nice and sweet she found me the best pre rolls today they had buy one get one 50% off so I got 2 pre rolls testing at 24 percent for $15 it was the best price in town Trust me I called a few places they were so nice over the phone I had to stop in It was definitely one of the nicest dispensaries I've ever seen I love the design I love to look I'd love to own a dispensary like this myself One day they have a very good system it was quick and fast and I was in and out before I knew it I recommend this dispensary to everybody In las vegas everyone there was nice including the security guard 10/10 experience

One of the few places left that in Vegas that still gives great customer service. Staff is always friendly very welcoming. Appreciate that from a business that I spend my money. Great place to shop. Great place to visit. Cheers to a place where everyone knows your name lol ☺️

I wanna tell you about the great experience I had there, but unfortunately I just can't. I feel like I was completely bait & switched and lied to there. Alyssa on the customer service team did her best to accommodate me ($20 in points, was accountable for the bad info I received and explained why) after being given "bad info" on a very misleading BOGO promo by in store staff, then when I was offered an "extra free promo item" for my trouble by Dom for their obviously misleading tactics, I was duped again and didn't even receive THAT. I got home feeling bad about the whole experience after having driven out there after NuLeaf (Twain) did a similar bait & switch offering B1 eighth, G1 pre-roll (even going as far as editing their in-store signage). I'll give em 2 stars for Alyssa's efforts and Dom was polite about it, but the overall experience left me feeling very misled and taken advantage of.

First time there but definitely not the last time! Brandon was so informative! Truly appreciated his service.
