I'd rate a 5 star if the greedy ownership didn't change the reward system AGAIN. I've spent sooo much money here over the years and my tier dropped. How can a loyal customer earn less than a point per dollar after spending so much over the years??? I will leave this place due to the rewards very soon if it's not fixed. I've left many other dispensaries for the same reason. UPDATE: the managers in store and staff are AMAZING. They tried to work out the whole issue. These people are awesome. But back to the ownership. The point system they switched to is TERRIBLE. Alpine. You have to spend $5000 a year to maintain your level. Is this a damn casino or dispensary??? That's so pathetic!!!! I will be going elsewhere sorry to say. But will stop in here on e in a while SOLELY for the staff.

I shop at this place every single day. At 17 points you get a dollar off. They changed it to your system. Made it even worse so I couldn't redeem any points. I waited 25 minutes to get serviced and with a I don't give a crap attitude. Just kind of shrug me off. Two different employees was a sweet person I thought was very nice but she really didn't give a crap. So don't shop at this place. They don't care about everyday customers again. It's about a business not about your customers. It's kind of sad

they do not want business, security guard wont let you use an atm without checking in even thos theres a line to check in and an atm in the lobby. he feels he needs to abuse power and dictate when i can use the atm. will not return to this location and will not recommend anyone else here. not the best place. poor start with clients coming in. i will in fact actively tell people not to shop here when asked. sorry not sorry

Bought an 1/8 of Hustler's Ambition's Sticky Fingers yesterday. Opened it today and every nug I put in my grinder was packed with seeds. I've had street weed that wasn't this bad. I contacted NV Made to see what could be done and the Asst Manager on duty offered me an unbelievably generous 10% off my next order. Tax is already over 18%, 10% is nothing when the entire product I was sold is mostly seeds. Thanks but no thanks.

⸻ I really like this place. The location is great, the store is beautiful, and the products are excellent. Most of the staff are friendly and provide amazing customer service. However, I’ve had the same issue several times with one specific employee. When paying with a debit card, there’s a $3.75 fee that gets returned in cash. You can choose to leave it as a tip if you want. The problem is that this employee never gives me the full change back. Instead of returning the $3, he gives me coins and keeps the $3 without asking. It’s not a lot of money, but it doesn’t feel right. Tips should be voluntary, not assumed. I hope management looks into this because otherwise this is a great place.

Love this place! Great daily specials for all price ranges. The nicest and most helpful staff you'll find anywhere in Las Vegas. The weekday morning staff is always wonderful and very nice to deal with, and I can't say enough good things about Ari! Keep hiring the best staff in town. Your customers notice and appreciate it!

I can’t recommend Nevada Made Marijuana enough! This is easily one of the best dispensaries in the state. The selection is massive and the quality is always consistent, but it’s the customer service that really sets them apart. A huge thank you to the manager, Andrea, for making every visit such a great experience. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team; the vibe in there is always positive, professional, and welcoming. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time in, Andrea and her staff take the time to answer questions and make sure you walk out with exactly what you need. Good product in terms or flower and pre rolls. The bud-tenders are very helpful and nice especially Cameron and John. But unfortunately there is a line every time I come especially at night. There is usually only one bud-tender at night (around 9:30-10). The long wait is honestly so annoying and if the prices weren’t decent I probably would have given less stars. Attached is a picture of the waiting room full to the max. Hopefully they can get some extra staff on at night.

The service was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out products for my chronic pain and went above and beyond and took their time to accommodate me with my walker. I got a first timer discount for 40% off! One of the best deals I’ve seen in dispensaries in town. Gabriel at the front helped me find my phone—it was actually a group effort but I didn’t get all of their names! Can’t wait till my next visit.

On my most recent visit to this dispensary, I purchased a cartridge from Hustler Ambition, a product I’ve bought many times in the past. On one previous occasion, I had an issue with one of these cartridges, and the staff handled it professionally by swapping it out without any problem. Because of that experience and the pricing, I continued to purchase them. Unfortunately, during this recent visit, I experienced another issue with a cartridge. When I returned to the store, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. I felt as though my concern was not taken seriously and that I was being treated as if I were being dishonest. Multiple staff members acknowledged that these cartridges have had recurring issues and even advised against purchasing them due to similar complaints from other customers. Given that the store is aware of ongoing problems with this product, I’m confused as to why it is still being sold. This dispensary used to be my go-to spot for good deals, but based on this experience, I can’t confidently recommend it—especially if you’re shopping for value and reliability, as you may end up with a faulty product.

Lindsey was so knowledgeable! She knew so many things about so many strains and terpens and was able to help us find exactly the right product. We will be coming back for sure.

They're so nice, the store is really cool and so helpful the 24hrs system. My bus get stuck at 3 am and you save me guys, that ice cream and sunset we're really good! loved the bags and little jars too haha.

First experience last week was way better than this second time . The guy at check in was friendly very hospitable. The girls in the back had no enthusiasm it was like they were I was a bother. The waiting room got packed and it smelled like Bad odor . There is no medical separate line So you wait forever. Majority of the dispensaries I go to they have a separate line . The budtender didn’t know about the loyalty program I just signed up so a little patience goes a long way. They need a screen in the back with the prices or something bigger to look at . Tape with prices on the drawers is Tacky and we can’t read them prices . And if you ask the budtender she just rambles off prices faster than a speed of lighting.

Ordered online, went to pick up. Only two people in front of me but still took 20 minutes for my turn. When it was my turn another person took my place since they were waiting for 35 minutes but not sure how that is my issue. Could hear the person running the express pick up talking and chatting to everyone. Never had this issue with their others stores, it's been express at their other stores except here. Edit to response from owner: None of my problems came from how long the window was open or how busy the online orders were. There was 2 people in front of me, that's not a lot. All 100% the staff behind the express counter taking way to long, talking way to long to customers, and other staff allowing others to cut in line. Orders at the express pick up shows itself should have all orders ready before the person enters and should be quick. Again to reiterate, the staff took way to long and let others in front of the line. Not going to the airport location at the very least.

So let me tell you what! I am from Reno. And this is my second time coming to this store! I love the staff! Everyone is nice! It’s clean. The waiting area is cool with the TV display the menu before you are called back. I’d recommend this store any day of the week!

Awesome from start to finish the staff are the right ones in there very pleasant people they deserve a raise. Give them some more $$$$
