Lovely staff and product selection! Customer service is amazing and they really cared about my needs. I'll be back!

I had the opportunity to visit this dispensary in Venice, CA, on Christmas Day (12/25) during my time in the area. Typically, I frequent "Sweet Flower" in Westwood, so I was intrigued to explore a new place I discovered on Google. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the friendly staff, and Luis, in particular, stood out with his exceptional service. He guided me through their impressive selection, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the joint I bought--it left a lingering aftertaste that wasn't for me. This might just come down to personal preference, though, and isn't necessarily a reflection of their overall quality. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by for the great service and reasonable prices!

Lack good customer service, and their products are absolutely horrible. No system and the girl that served me was just outright lazy. I was looking for advice and she dismissed what i was looking for. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

This place has terrible customer service. The owner is not friendly. I actually thought I was being helped by an employee because of the lack of friendliness, but it turned out it was the owner.

Ok products employees are not very thrilled or attentive when we walked in they just were there

I had a terrible experience. The staff at the desk simply didn’t know how to enter my medical rec number and the other staff ignored me as I waited for her to assist him. She continued to help everyone else as I waited over five minutes. Ridiculous discrimination towards medical users. I walked out before I was able to be helped.

I *love* this place, they are very responsive, the 'tenders know their stuff, and I am always happy with what they provide at very reasonable prices. I also *really* like the decor, because blue is my favorite color.

Wonderful experience at Rose Collective! We were visiting from Mississippi and found Rose Collective based on its great google reviews. Sunny from Ohio helped me. Sunny is a fabulous human and we had a great chat. Sunny was super patient with me as I asked questions. My only regret is not being in town longer to visit this place more! Could not recommend Rose Collective enough! Will be back next time I am in the LA/Santa Monica area. Thanks for a great experience, and great products!

To be honest off the bat, I'm lying. 3⭐?! 🤔 Expensive, overpriced even. No 1st time discount, not much interest finding out what I would have bought either. Chalking it up to a "Venice" eclectic vibe? 🤫Within a mile was shop that had specials, 1st time -10%(it's something), +free edible after my purchase 😵‍💫

It's okay it's expensive for products that aren't strong and not a lot. They do have a few products that are stronger but more expensive $45 for 1gram that doesn't hit including their tax which makes it like $ 55 and not worth spend that
