I recently started using TCH for my arthritis. Came here last week, great selection and wonderfully clean shop. I was greeted immediately by a young lady Hannah, she was incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable of the products. I only recently started medicating so I normally go to shops and feel overwhelmed. But she walked me through my options and was very kind and patient with me. I got three new things to try, and I will definitely be returning to shop with her again. Great shop, great products and great service!

Urbn Leaf on Sunset offers one of the best dispensary shopping experiences in West Hollywood. The space is spacious, modern, and inviting, and what really sets it apart is that you can browse the actual products on the floor instead of ordering from a menu while staff pulls items from the back. It feels like real retail; relaxed, transparent, and easy to shop. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful without hovering. Bonus for locals: West Hollywood residents get 30% off every day, which makes this an easy favorite. Highly recommend.

Bald guy got so defensive for asking him a question. I asked him to calm down there wasn’t a reason to get all worked up about a question then he proceeds to say that if we don’t like it we can leave. I asked for his name and he refused to provide his name. I would stay away. If you aren’t going to treat your customers nicely then don’t work here at all.
