I have ordered multiple times with no issues. However my most recent order (November 25th 2023) took approximately 3 weeks to get my order and I was shorted half of it,and still charged for all of it. I've called over 100 times, yes 100 times, and no one will answer the phone. Voice-mail box is full plus I've sent a few emails and still nothing. This is ridiculous I know it's the holiday season but this is unexepable.

Ordered and paid for 6 bottles and got 4, their email is full (can'tdeliver) , and no one is picking up the phone, this is a deliberate act of a CON job, do not order from them, go else where.

I've been ordering for over a year now and order every 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping has always been super quick on their part and as long as USPS has no problems my items generally arrive in 2 to 3 days after ordering. I have had only one problem and that was my last order. It was partially refunded due to product out of stock. I was a little disappointed that when I reached out via email they had not responded. It doesn't deter me to keep ordering I just hope that if the item I'm wanting is out of stock that it reflects it online. Overall I am very happy and have no reason not to continue to shop here.

Buyer Beware with this company!!! First when I placed my order (thank goodness I took a screenshot) I was never emailed an order confirmation and was never emailed a shipping confirmation. My order DID arrive eventually yet it was missing one of the bottles I purchased and paid for. Luckily since I had a screenshot at least for proof (I thought) I emailed them and got no response. I called their number, nobody answers and mailbox is full. I have since emailed/called multiple times and have gotten no response/answer. So essentially they stole my money

This place was great I don't know what happened but now they never answer their emails and absolutely can't reach them on the phone you get a recording to leave a message at the beep them it tells you this mailbox is full and can not except any more messages I ordered 3 items and paid for 3 items and have sent them half a dozen emails that I only received 1 item out of the 3 and have received no response from them at all extremely disappointed not buying from them ever again and will be passing the word that they are definitely not trustworthy I see I'm not the only one this problem I guess someone figured a new way to do their Christmas shopping SAD
