Incredible Customer Service, always a Pleasure to Be there and Talk to the Owner about new Products in Store and ALWAYS at an Affordable Price! He has Not let me down Once in the past Few Months that I have been coming to this Shop and I Continuously Look forward to my next Stop-By at the Shop! New owner is horrible. They shall FAKE plug and play batteries. When confronted they couldn’t order me a real one or refund me.

Used to be regulars with my boyfriend, I’ve been coming here for maybe 3 years, but not anymore lol. Whoever normally works in the mornings or afternoons tend to be okay but the young kid who works at night and usually just hangs out with the people next door is so rude and entitled, the liquor store on the corner (Royal liquor) has far more genuine and hardworking people. If you’re going to get cigarettes definitely go there, prices are practically the same if not cheaper. If vapes or bongs are your thing, the smoke shop on lankershim about 1.5 minutes walking distance from dog Haus is INSANELY affordable and the people there are so nice.
