I just had your lady Jackie help me in Northridge. She went above and beyond-best customer service. I called about an older vape that they didn't have at my Granada Hills Purple Haze location. I have lost 2-she didn't have it in Northridge HOWEVER she took the time to call other locations to see if she could find my vape-she did its in Sherman Oaks location-she found it and took the time to call me back right after with solution to my issue. I love Purple Haze in general-customer service is always on point. This was impressive to me and will help others.

Came in for an intro to Vap and the guys were simply awesome! Kept my cost low and very patient! Even talked to my Girlfriend on the phone to help her with questions.

Normally I would give purple haze a 5 star rating, however a few days ago a friend of mine and myself decided to go to this location and pick up a few things. The store is clean and the guy behind the counter is nice. When asked to look at a few bongs he was happy to help. It was when asked prices things took a turn. My friend purchased the same bong from a sister location not a week before and Paid $40 for that bong. This location replied with $150 for the same piece?!?! When asked about a few other items they we're all severely higher than the other store. My friend inquired if three stores had the same owner, he was told yes. I will say I got a screaming deal on butane though 3 4 5!!!

Friendly staff let me know if I need help with anything to let them know. I made a purchase here once before and it works great. This time I came in for a sale and I was planning on getting a glass piece and another one at $4.20 but instead I found an amazing mounted bubbler that I bought for a very affordable price. Both of these times I have received great customer service and I will be checking back in some more in the future. Thanks!
