Owner is a great guy. They were closed, by appointment, when we walked by so we were bumed. Owner came out right on time and helped us get what we needed.

The owner is a great guy. Veteran (who gives other veterans a discount) who really cares about his customers. Also owns an escape room next door. If I could give more stars I would. This is small business done right.

I walked into Black Sheep for the last time on December 15th. After years of being a loyal customer, I’ve decided no more. Not only have they had limited stock for the last several months, but Brian is so rude I’ll never participate in his paycheck again. They were out of the first five different flavors I asked for, so I asked for a recommendation and got hostility. How hard is it? Brian has worked there for years. If I ask for cheesecake, cotton candy, strawberry cheesecake, carmel apple, candy apple…then it should be pretty clear the type of flavors I like. You can’t make a suggestion out of what you do have in stock? A stock you know I can’t see? This isn’t the first time Brian has been rude to me but it will be the last. At first I took it personal but then he was rude to the man who walked in behind me. I really like Tim and have spent money at all his businesses. I’ve undoubtedly spent thousands of dollars supporting him. Too bad his right hand man has decided that money isn’t that important to him.

I love this place! Ever since it opened in Highland Indiana I have been going there for all my vape and CBD needs. I am never disappointed. I have tried other Vape stores and none of them compare. Black Sheep has a friendly staff they make their own products and the quality is tough notch!

When JUUL went off the market this is the only store near me that sold the Smoknovo 3, I called on a Saturday and got Bryan. Bryan was not only professional but pleasant and extremely helpful! He didn’t make me feel stupid for knowing nothing of vaping except that I had decided what I wanted and needed a flavor that was tobacco flavored (Marlboro light or a Camel.) He said he two or three that were in comparison. The next day was Sunday and I neglected to check if they were open and pulled up. A man had entered right before I got out of my car and I followed. Turns out it was the owner and they weren’t open - he was just stopping in to grab something. I felt bad lol, he was very kind and helped me and made the comment that I seemed to have a lot of knowledge about it all for not having experience and I had to credit his employee for the “101” I had gotten the day before. I highly recommend this place. They care about their employees (which really is of the utmost importance) and they care about their business as well as business practices. It was nice to find such ethical and kind people. I can’t begin to tell you how much money I have saved since I switched from JUUL and their micro-pods to the alternative. I highly recommend this place.
