Great and knowledgeable staff. Omar is great. I'm a novice at vaping but he made me feel really comfortable and talked at a level I could understand. Answered every question I had and let me sample a few different flavors, making sure I got to try different profiles (fruit, custard, tobacco, etc). Their prices are very reasonable compared to what I've seen in the suburbs.

Went here to check out some wraps and stayed to browse the collection. Great help at the front and (I forgot his name) was very helpful in showing me options that would fit my smoking needs. I come here for anything related and would recommend it.

This is my go to place for disposable vape products and accessories. The staff is always kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting to see what they have to offer.

Got a nice looking spoon pipe for 60 bucks about 5 yrs ago. Just dropped it on concrete from about 4ft up. Not even a chip. They sell quality glass. Highly recommend.

I was super impressed with my first visit to Roots. They were pretty busy being that they had just opened for the day. That didn't stop the guy behind the counter at all. He easily gave attention to each person there. I love the tasting bar they have set up! You can try as many flavors as you wish. He even told me about some special deals they had! I won't hesitate to go back.
