Low quality shop, there are much better options. They sell faulty vapes that die within 24 hours and then don’t give refunds, replacements, or anything. The customer service is rude, disrespectful, anti-black, and not to mention it’s dirty and dusty in there.

Extremely poor quality products and customer service. They sell faulty products and don’t take returns. You better off going to a gas station or some other smoke shop

I decided to shop here today because it’s closer to my home. I walked in and said Good Morning the young lady nodded at me, I made a purchase and was floored when they charged a 13.00 up charge. I won’t be back. Smokey’s on Halsted and 35th or the smoke shop on Damen and Cermack may be further away but they don’t upcharge 50% of a 20 dollar purchase and they actually speak when spoken too!

Pros: convenient location. Employees are nice enough. For the space, large selection. Cons: their vapes suck. They’re all super old and burned out. They also have pretty high prices- they do give a discount if you pay cash, and have an ATM inside, but won’t tell you that until you’re already checking out.

This is a spot that doesn't have great customer service. Also, they don't pay out on winning lottery tickets 🎟️. Something's always wrong. They're always lying. Otherwise, they have snacks and so on. I've stopped going in. If they don't pay out on lottery tickets, then no one should play.
