I called asking for a specific product. The dude was super chill and well spoken. He didn’t have what I wanted, but asked what I liked about the product I inquired about. After answering his question he told me about another product that was similar but would be much better. He told me to research it if I wanted to. I thanked him and we hung up.

I get a text with a photo of the product and I actually appreciated that. I passed about 60 smoke shops to get to this one only because I felt I could trust what was being said to me and the A+ customer service I received!
