Best selection and prices for kratom. Everyone is really helpful to me and knowledgeable. I also hear them helping other customers with the same great attitude. I’m fairly new to Houston and am very happy to have found Mr Smoke. Update April 6 2024 this is still my go to place for high-quality kratom . A special shout out today to Saadiq who answered my newbie questions about something else and made sure I took advantage of the buy one get one half off special.

Do not come to this Mr.Smoke location the employee with brown locks is homophobic. My boyfriend & I went to buy some incense and took a gander at some merchandise and slides. There was a slide in particular with a rainbow I expressed the I love rainbow design to which the employee proceeded to say “I love rainbows too, I hate they their now used to promote gay awareness, it’s wrong, have y’all read the scripture.” This employee disgusted my partner and I with his homophobic religious ideology. On top of customer poor service and the store was messy. Train your employees to be more professional. Go to the Westheimer location instead the employees are a whole lot more welcoming, professional.

Really good lil smoke shop. I've came here twice and both times I had really great customer service. They were knowledgeable about all of the products. My friend purchased a vaporizer from them months ago and was missing a piece. The manager immediately said he would check with his warehouse and get back to her about the piece. The inside isn't glamorous but it is clean and the products are neatly displayed. There's a video room in the back. I'll let someone else review that. Haha! But overall a good around the corner smoke shop.
