They didn’t rush the process—they asked questions, explained the options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. It’s not always easy to find staff that balance professionalism with a laid-back vibe, but they nailed it. You can tell they care about both the product and the customer experience. The store was clean, organized, and had a solid selection, but what really made the visit stand out was Austin and Juice going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the service alone. Highly recommend stopping in and asking for them if you want a smooth, friendly, and informative experience.

There are so many products to choose from with amazing prices it was really hard to decide what to buy, however, Heather was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and very kind in helping me figuring out what I wanted to buy and even what I didn't want to buy LOL. She told me about the great deals on the pre-rolls going on right now, so I thought why not I would try some after it's been years since I've smoked flour. I let Heather choose the ones to buy and she picked very awesome ones so I'm very thankful for that also.

This location has always been great. Great deals, friendly and knowledgeable budtenders, and it's convenient to where we live. Zach always has great recommendations, too. Got a few new things today on his word, and I know I'll be happy with my purchases. This is our home dispensary, so we'll be back!

I came here to try something different. But it’s too hard to shop here. Their website pricing and promotions are not accurate and they don’t really care to make it right. I had to pass Mint and Jars to get here, but won’t do that again. I appreciate a smooth, honest, and straightforward experience. That’s not what I had here. The product was good though. Maybe I’ll try again. Not a good first experience. Jars has been my best and most consistent experience.

I have had such a crazy long week at work, I was feeling really overwhelmed from it all. One of the employees, Tony, was so chill and kind! Really nice and he honestly helped my day improve a lot! Highly recommend, make sure to ask for Tony!

I recently visited the Cave Creek location for an exchange after one of the MPX vape pens I purchased during a buy-one-get-one-free deal turned out to be defective. The cartridge in the second package had exploded, so I tried to call the store several times to resolve the issue, but they were not accepting phone calls. After days of trying, I decided to visit the store in person, hoping for a quick exchange. When I arrived, there were about eight people in the lobby. I explained that I wasn’t there to make a purchase, just to exchange a faulty product. Despite this, I was made to wait behind a long line of customers making purchases. Even though I only needed a quick exchange due to a product defect, I was left waiting for 35 minutes in a crowded lobby, while others were served before me. When I was finally called back, the actual exchange took less than four minutes. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service. It’s frustrating that they didn’t prioritize a simple, quick exchange, especially when the issue was with a defective product they sold. This experience was far from what I expected, and I hope the store takes this feedback seriously to improve their service in the future.
