Second picture I’m holding what should be a 2gram blunt. It’s not. The first picture was for reference purposes of how tall the blunt was supposed to be. As tall as its packaging. Would not give me a refund of any exchange. It’s a shame. I liked this dispensary but I don’t want to get ripped off either so I guess I’ll find a new one. Although I understand the principle behind the “no refund” rule I don’t like that they accept subpar product and then sell it. Really looks like they threw a 0.5 blunt into a 2g container.

Update 3: I decided to give Story another shot and bought some fadeCo flower and it was even worse than before and it was labeled premium flower. The flower was over hydrated because it was almost a year old so someone screwed up when rehydrating the flower, it was wet and squishy. My grinder had a hard time breaking it up so I dumped the bag put and was suprised to see a little mold growing inside the bag and on a few popcorn nugs. I emailed customer service and was met with silence yet again. This time, I have to do the right thing and report this hazardous flower being sold at Story North Chandler and when I tried to contact customer service I was ignored. This is a big issue!
Update 2...still no reply to my email. Won't be purchasing from them again.

I typically don't voice complaints, but when I do, it's for a valid reason. Overall, most of the staff have been great with recommendations and are friendly. I'm a regular buyer, usually purchasing between a 1/2 to a full ounce every 4-5 days, along with edibles. However, my recent purchase, labeled as a 1/2 ounce from "Just Flower" (Dr. Ako strain), turned out to be all shake and stems with small popcorn nugs. The picture looks better than in person. This was the worst buy, Not 1 legit nug of flower. No joke, I've bought shake from other dispensaries that was of better quality. If it's popcorn shake, it should be labeled as such, not as flower. This purchase did not meet the standards of a 1/2 ounce of flower.
The recent experience at Story was a far cry from what I used to enjoy at Oasis.
Ever since they let go of their cultivation team, the quality has taken a nosedive. Despite this, I've stuck around because it was still decent for the price. But with the new low standard and their disregard for customer complaints, I'm hesitant to continue my regular purchases of 1/2 to 1 ounce every 4-5 days. I'm a loyal customer, and you'd think they'd value that, but it seems like customer service isn't their priority anymore. It's weird how they only respond to positive reviews and ignore the negative ones. Just doesn't sit right with me..I'd be glad if someone could message me on here with an email address to contact someone who cares to help.

Lady with the black hair and clown make up has the rudest attitude ever. Made an online order thought it would be simple given I received an email saying it was ready and handing her my ID. She took a glimpse at it and repeatedly said I can’t find it I can’t help you. I showed her the emails feeling pressured not showing the one she wanted . I asked for a manager she pointed and said with an attitude over there and screamed “ I can help whoever is next “ the manager played sympathetic stating he didn’t hear her then gave me a free 8th. While she continue to speak to other employees behind my back. The male receptionist who was gossiping proceeded to play on his phone when I left. Mid weed and terrible service go up the street to zen leaf. The percentage of thc on website doesn’t match what you buy

I have to use Supurb for delivery, as I’m not able to go in person. The staff always gets the order 100% correct. They are friendly when you call to ask how to vape, and they bend over backwards to accommodate.
